This is an allergic reaction with what you are mentioning that’s what I can figure out so I would advise you instead of taking an allopathic treatment for the child try taking homeopathy that way I believe you will get hundred percent result it is going to be time consuming and and elaborated treatment to follow but that is going to give you good results for sure
