Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory b process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose cbban be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

Sowmya MMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello actually no need to worry once the weather of the season changes it is quite natural just right to give a proper medication leg which the doctor has given previously for the fever and just not the temperature
