A. Apply coconut oil over body.. If the rash is cracked, weepy, or causing your baby pain or increases, have fever than do Consult your paedritician. . . .

A. It Cannot be because of the water because you know when a child is playing for a longer duration and water a child can probably get prunes on the skin for the time being that’s very temporary but if you think every time it is becoming great then you definitely need to see a doctor
