ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, it helps to redu5 it's appearance. Cut open the Vitamin E capsule and mix in bio oil. Apply this oil on your stretch marks and massage for a few minutes.

Yes I heard it is supposed to be quite nice when you use it during pregnancy even after your pregnancy and if you do not want to go ahead with it because a lot of people feel it is a very expensive option to go for so you can go ahead with applying coconut oil just make some camphor into it
