#asktheexperts in which way I can reduce my weight after delivery??

A. Dear ma’am, do not involve in any highly restrictive diet. Your body needs nutrients. Include more fruits and veggies. Make sure to drink 3 litres of water. Start with brisk walking. And continue to encourage frequent breastfeeding and that will also help you burn calories.
