Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 5 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello! You have to wait till six months completion to start semi solids and water for the child. This is as per most of the family traditions and WHO guidelines. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby while on demand until then.
