#asktheexperts I've delivered baby on 22nd Jan.. but due to tender breasts i was unable to give milk to baby initially..now baby is on formula milk ...and whenever I take him for breastfeed he's unable to latch maybe because the supply is not enough..please advise as this is very stressful

A. Hello! Soft breasts doesn’t actually mean that you have very less breast milk. The More your baby takes your breast milk directly, they better supply. Include foods that have methi, roasted Makhana, cumin seeds, and fennel seeds. Consult a lactation specialist to assist you further.
