I m mother of 21 days old boy... My milk supply was adequate I used to feed my baby in every 2-2:30 hours and pump out the extra milk once or twice a day... While feeding from one breast my clothes used to get wet by the let down from other one.
But from last 4-5 days my milk supply is suddenly dropped... Within 8-9 mins of feeding my breast get empty and no or minimum let down in other breast. Sometimes my baby feed from both breasts but still not satisfied..
It is very stressfull to watch your child hungry. What to do to increase my milk supply?

Hello mom 
It happens and it is quite normal. The only solution is make the changes in your diet and don’t take stress because stress feeding is not good for babies health. Rather than this you have to take at least 2-4cup of milk in a day it will also help in increasing your breast milk. It still doesn’t getting results then start giving formula milk.
