Q.
i have very low milk supply. if I pump every 2 hours will it increase or decrease my milk supply.? do I pump before or after feeding my baby

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear it is good to give skin to skin breastfeeding to the child the more you breastfeed the more will be the milk production have jaggery and dry fruit laddu with milk also include milk Daliya with dry fruits do not stay empty stomach for long and have lots of fluid and fibre in your diet
