Q.

I have 2 month old baby and he does not latch, so I pump every 3-4 hours but now my milk quantity is not sufficient for my baby. please suggest some way to increase milk supply

A. Have Makhana and for latching try nippels from baby hug make habit with your baby and then he / she will automatically start latching. Saying coz in starting I have faced the same issue

A. Take Shatavari powder three times in the day it is going to be helpful and beneficial to increase your lactation over the period also you should increase the water content into your daily diet lentils high protein rich diet and good amount of liquid of course should be a part

Q. #AskTheExpert Hi.. Am a new mom of 1.5 months baby, I get severe pain while breastfeeding directly. Right now I manage bottle feeding with pumped breast milk and formula alternatively..
