#asktheexperts I'm getting irregular periods like 30 days or some times 40 days like that what is the reason

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. we'll it can be a hormone issue and then may be thyroid too ok. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

Hi You please get a check with your doctor because most of the times when there is an imbalance in to your hormones these things are easily possible sometimes you can have periods in every 7 to 15 days sometimes in 40 to 50 days these things are normal sometimes when there is a hormone so you can get it corrected with the course of medication after consulting your gynaecologist once
