Nope Contraceptive pills and injections are going to work in the similar manner you will have your regular period cycles it is not going to get affected and it is that even if you have unprotected intercourse you will not get pregnant that’s the kind of security you get from it but still even if you have 1% of doubt about it consult your gynaecologist for that
