#asktheexperts i have a baby girl only 3 months old , so what I should have in meal and what kind of precautions which i have to take .what are the healthy food which I have to take

A. Hello mom you have to take healthy foods and be mindful enough to avoid very high spicy , oily and gas forming foods , also keep yourself well hydrated with fluids and take rest whenever possible . Certain foods that in a way help in producing good quality milk would be foods such as garlic , oats , flax seeds , dry fruits , panjiri , drumstick and fenugreek leaves , milk , jeera or ajwain or saunf water etc
