Hello,my baby is not at all having a meal from 3-4 days?I am worried what must I do can I give any kind of tonic

Give him a normal food in small amounts and in frequent intervals.
Feed same food items (menue) continue for 4-5 days then change the food item for another 4-5days. keep offering new food
