While headaches are common in the second trimester due to hormonal shifts and increased blood volume combined symptoms like these should be evaluated by the doctor. Always consult your gynaecologist before taking any over-the-counter medication.

Then you should consult your doctor because frequent headache could be due to numerous reasons maybe stress anxiety not taking proper sleep having too much of screen time and many more and for other issue for hair fall also you should definitely take an assistance with a dermatologist
