follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.
daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair and prevent them from drying and breakage.
Avoid stress and take adequate rest.

Hairfall after delivery is due to hormonal changes. Apply coconut oil mixed with onion juice on the scalp to stop hairfall.
U can buy babyhug cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil which is pure and additive free oil.
Have diet rich in protein to control hairfall.
Do not tie ur hair too tightly as this can break ur hair
