please use mild ayurvedic sampoo
you can use avla aritha and shikakai mixture for washing your hair
you can give Gentle massage with coconut oil before washing your hair
you can apply aloe vera gel or natural mehndi hair pack with curd or egg once a week
please give daily sun light exposure
