#asktheexperts I am having cholestrol issues labelled as Dyslipidemia.. My cardiologist is suggesting me to take statins... I am in my 9th month of Pregnancy but as per my Gynae statins might harm the baby but as per Cardiologist they are a must... What should i do??? (My cholestrol level is 263 as per latest test)

Mam you are hardly left with any time to your delivery so you can just check with your gynaecologist if there is a possibility to have a little early delivery if you’re going to have a C-section or something because the medicine if your cardiologist is saying are important then you should actually not skip on them
