#asktheexperts I am 39 week 1 day pregnant no sign of labour till now my doctor checked and said 1 finger dilated.. still no pain having everything for natural labour, exercise diet and everything still no labour.. please tell me what to do.

If you’re in a hurry you don’t want to wait any further you can ask your doctor to do a sweep stretch and within that 24 to 48 hours after doing it you will have your labour but actually let me tell you that the labour can go a little long and can be painful but you will be in the labour and within 24 to 48 hours you will deliver if you’re ready for it then you can get it done
