you can give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings or toys to chew on.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth..

Teether Is the most comfortable thing that you can give to the child other than that you should try to give more finger foods which are hard like carrot cucumber finger check these things are helpful in soothing the irritation and itchiness in the gums of your child
