A. the end result is that the urinary frequency of the child should be more than 6 times in 24 hours and the colour of urine should be pale yellow to transparent so you have to give water which will satisfy the above conditions so water has to be offered again again to the child

A. U Have to boil the water first and then you cool it down to room temperature and that is what you can give to the child after that but just you need to make sure that that the water is on room temperature and lastly you can give it to your child with the help of a feeding bottle or spoon whatever you like
