Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factogsr . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .

See If you maintain proper hygiene in terms of everything if you protect your child from giving cold food or things which are not recommended to be given at any age you know too much of coal directly from the refrigerator that is how you can protect your child from cold most of the time
