all the teeth should come by the age of 3 years

Swapna sanjay RaichMom of 2 children4 years agoA. At this age front incisors like 4 teeth come normally minimum 2 in upper portion and 2 in lower part. Even premorals and morals also come . But this is not ideal it can change child to child because some children have late teething and it is absolutely fine so don't worry
