#asktheexperts Hi Doctor, I had my first period after delivery, and it is bleeding heavily like one period panty is filled within 4 hours, is it normal or I have to go for some medication?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 week agoA. As periods are coming after sometime so it could be heavy just wait and observe also first two days it could be heavy then flow becomes normal and have gond katira sabudana in diet have coconut water take rest

Initially after your delivery when you resume with your period some women have light flow somehow have heavy some have very heavy flow and right now it’s very heavy that You Are having though it is normal but still I would suggest you to talk to your doctor once
