Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 6 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hello! It is the average should be around 5 to 6 times in an hour. It all depends how much they’re awake and active inside. If you have movements less than 10 movements in two hours and there is a sudden pattern change, inform the Dr immediately.

I must tell you that there is no specific movement or number of moments in an hour you will feel you may not feel it for two or three hours at a stretch also and suddenly you start feeling lot of moments there is no particular counting figure I can give you
