Hello
My baby girl is now 8 months old..
From last 2 days she is suffering from fever i gave her calpol 150 syrup 5ml/3times in day
But i don’t think that was sufficient for becuse after 4/5 hours of givil her syrup her body tem again goes high
So now what can i do. ?

For FEVER as well as PAIN kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature.
Also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give Paracetamol.z
higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only afterd medical consultation.
After giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere
