#asktheexperts hello mam/sir I had my abortion at 22 weeks because of congenital abnormalities in my baby. i m 37 yrs old.Now when should I try again and what precautions should I take not to face those problems again.

A. You should wait and first consult a gynaecologist before planning a baby as it us important and prepare your body for pregnancy like by eating a healthy nutritious diet start doing yoga
