#asktheexperts hello Dr. plz suggest me if oats are good for 10 month old baby . what is its benefits and which brand is best .

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom yes oats are a healthy option and you can very much give it to the baby , and also it is rich in fibre and carbohydrates as well , would prefer to go for plain non flavoured oats and you may dry roast and add in your own natural flavours to it
