#asktheexperts he is very thin but he is very active. please suggest me improve his health.

A. Dear parent, after 2 years, you should give 5 to 6 meals a day and up to one katori every time. The meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables, You can give eggs and non veg foods Pulses, legumes, Around 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add dry fruits and nuts to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.
