RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl5 days agoA. Dragon fruit is completely safe to be given to the child and yes sometimes the seeds can come out into the motion of the child which is absolutely normal it’s not an issue in case of any doubt you can always talk to your doctor about it
