#asktheexperts dear experts, kindly share tips on immunity boosting meals for 2-3 yr old kids.esp during covid times. thanks in advance :)

A. Hello mom a well balanced diet and as far as home cooked and some natural foods such as dry fruits and nuts , seasonal fruits and vegetables, home made kadha , honey and ginger . Lentils and legumes , tulsi Water as well , Turmeric milk would also be helpful
