ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is new born tests are done only when Indicated so better consult your doctor It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
