Nevertheless, you have to take vitamin D during pregnancy because the exposure that we get is not at all enough for you or your baby. Around 3 to 6 months of age the baby will become very dark and buy one year of age. The color will change. The actual color comes only after puberty.

so it's better to follow all healthy lifestyles and have proper nutritious diet and water intake
