or when its visibly soiled. also try to give some diaper free time to your baby.
cloth diapers are more skin friendly, less irritant, environment friendly but more tedious to use as it needs washing.
disposable diapers are more convenient to use.
rashes, infection can occur in both if not changed on time.

U can buy #Babyhug anti rash diapers that are soft on skin and absorbs good amount of urine and keeps the baby dry preventing rashes.
