Eating a nutritious diet will help in boosting immunity
Include foods like oats, paneer, sprouts, dal, fruits like orange/ gauba/ mango/ sweet lime/ banana, green vegetables, dry fruits , eggs, ragi in the diet
Reduce the intake of chips chocolate and bread and biscuits
Keep the child hydrated

Just do not take your kid outside at all in this moment.
the person who is going out need to wear mask and use the sanitizer and should go out only if it is necessary.
the person which coming from outside should not come in contact with the family members but need to take bath and wash the clothes before meeting others
At this moment increasing immunity of the child is very important.
Give the baby with more amounts of fruits and vegetables specially include green leafy vegetables.
Add saffron ,turmeric , jaggery powder, dates powder, dry fruits powder to the milk while giving
Dry fruits are very good which will fight against immunity.
