You can loose weight post c section only it needs more patience and dedication
Follow 3 major meals and 2 snack pattern
Start your day with 500 ml plain water or jeera and saunf water and do not take anything for 30 min post that
Include protein with every meals like paneer, milk, curd, egg, sprouts, soyabean, oats, quinoa, chicken
Start your meal with salad and glass of chia seed water
Have warm water post 10 min of meals
Have fruits, makhana, salad, coconut water, buttermilk as snack
Avoid bread, biscuits, chocolate, chips, fried food, suagr and sugary drinks, sweets in your meal
45 min of physical exercise 5 days a week
Stay happy and do not stress much on loosing weight it will reduce gradually
Sleep for 7 hrs every day
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. U Can go ahead with the diet if you want to you can consult your doctor for that also if you need to you can go ahead with doing intermittent fasting for a minimum of 12 hours to 16 hours that’s definitely going to be a lot helpful to you
