A. hello dear mom. you can start working out post 6 months of delivery. you can do gym, aerobics, running, brisk walking, yoga, zumba etc. Take a nutritious diet.. include more proteins and reduce carbs.. avoid sweetened drinks.. keep yourself well hydrated.
