It is ok during pregnancy of you feel comfortable in it but you should wear one size bigger bra after pregnancy because breasts will be little bigger once it filled with milk to feed the baby..
Eat healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including corbohydrate calcium protein minerals vitamins etc.
