Q.

#asktheexpert we have been using mittens and socks for baby as advised by her doctor 24x7. am worried about overheating in this climate. but when we remove mittens and socks, her hands and toes start getting cold. these days it's quite warm, and baby is not ok with AC too.. she kinda has breathing difficulties. any suggestion will be helpful

A. it is a very important that if the palms / soles of the child is cold the child is feeling cold and you have to cover the child properly to make the childd thermostable that is the child warm by covering the child well. even after that the problem continues it is important to rule out infedction in the child and meet your doctor for examination

A. hello it is not necessary to use 24/7 and if you doctor as advised you may check with your doctor if even now it is necessary to use it and not sure why your doctor as advise so would be better to take your doctor opinion on the same which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry
