#asktheexpert we have 4 month boy baby his mother is feeling she is not having sufficient breast milk what can we do to increase breast milk

TrishikaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. dear mom.firstly you shoulddri k more water so that your body is well hydrated.secondly have rice,Moonglow dal,Masaru dal,fenu Greek in your diet e ery alternatively.keep feeding your baby e ry two hourly .if still milk quantity is not adequate use galact granules powder for increased milk production..you can take this powder in milk two times a day

Shatavari how does a good lactation supplement you can proceed with that you can actually take it three times in the day with warm milk along with that I would also strongly recommended to focus on plenty of fluids and fibre plus good amount of proteins and a healthy diet die
