My baby is 4 months old,am breast feeding , how can I know that my milk is sufficient

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi parent feed for 20 min from each side make sure the urine output 7s 6 to 8 times a a day it indicates adequate milk intake take diet to boost lactation

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur feed is sufficient for the baby... Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
