All the vaccination should be given according to the vaccination schedule whether the government or IAP schedule you can discuss with your pediatrician regarding the details of the vaccination.
Pulse polio immunization programme is  provided by the government to all children below 5 years of age. if your child has rvgeceived polio vaccine before then also you should give this vaccine on the the pulse polio day as this is an additional vaccine.
