Hello mom babies apna birth weight double karte hai 4 to 6 months tak aur fir triple karte hai one year tak, Rickets k Liyeah vitamin D bahut important hai , tho bets source usske liyeah hai exposure to morning sunlight so massages and exposure bahut help karega, diet mein bhi vitamin D rich foods jaise ki milk , and products , eggs , fish , curds , cod liver oil . Aur saath mein calcium rice foods jaise ki green leafy vegetables , ragi , legumes jaise ki chana , rajma etc dry fruits
