A. Hello dear parent, we'll a pregnant lady is asked to stop breast feeding because you are not giving nutritional milk to your baby. All your nutrients are going to fetus inside. Thus it is adviced to stop breast feeding and guve baby semi solid diet and formula milk to drink.
