it can cause abortion too.
if you don't need the child then you can do whatever but in case you want your child then strictly avoid during whole pregnancy

No It is not allowed you can go ahead with after three months completion and that of your gynaecologist recommends you to because first three months are really very critical so let that pass peacefully and if your pregnancy is normal and every thing then you can go ahead with it till the time you deliver the baby
