ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician8 months agoA. Hello parents,good morning any temperature above 100f is a fever.if temperature is above 100f then give paracetamol medicine.for cold you can give nasal decongestant drop as well steam inhalation.keep the hydration well.
