To lose weight, you can
1. Exercise daily for 45 minutes
2. Avoid sugar. sweets. junk & fried foods
3. Include more of low fat paneer, milk, dal, sprouts, egg whites, curd, Vegetables, fruits nuts

please do the following things:
start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
Walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
eat low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
maintain good hygiene
