ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. At least 3 L of water per day should be given and high protein diet is a must for good milk production. Garlic oats spinach sabza seeds all sorts of fruits lean meats and eggs also help

Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Consult a lactation expert for further advice. Good luck and take care.
