#AskTheExpert How to increase the quality and quantity of breast milk? Is it normal to get maximum milk from one breast only?

A. You can include variety of foods in your diet to increase breastmilk like fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, eggs, chicken, oats, brown rice, green leafy vegetables, legumes, fennel seeds, avocado, dry fruits and milk. Latch the baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand. Keep massaging the breasts while nursing to stimulate milk secretion. And it is normal if there is more milk supply from one side comparatively.
