hello my baby is 3 months and 18 days old.she takes the feed  for almost 1 hour to complete the accurate 15 minutes of feeding.for ex she takes feed for 5mins and is playful and doesn't drink and after 30mins she will take the feed for 7mins something.my concern is she is not taking 1short feed for 15minutes.her birth weight was 2.7 and present weight is 5kg 30grams.

one side of the breast (left )produces more milk and the other side produces less milk .pls give me clarification

It’s normal better first latch your baby in low production side and change to another size. After feeding and while feeding do massage and expression to breast .

nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus
try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cxause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inhalation .
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
for fever and pain give paracetamol
continue zthe regular diet which is being given to the child
